Hotel is well-placed and service was satisfactory. Food was on pricier side and it makes you feel more crunched when you find out that food is good and cheaper in adjacent hotels. Stay was satisfactory keeping in mind the peak season; however, other options must be explored before jumping on to pongview. Not recommended for budget travellers as it does not provide absolute value for money.

The hotel was not worth staying. Room were in shaby condition, Flush,tv were also not working. It was hopeless.

Location of hotel is good but food quality is not good. Also cost of food is very high.

The location of the hotel is very good. However, the cheaper rooms are at the bottom and are not very up to date. Even the newly built rooms on upper floors are not very elegantly painted. The staff and food was very good. However, no room service available before 7.30 am in case you wake up early.

Best location and true value for money.

ItÂ’s a reasonably good hotel. The food service is not good. The maintenance of the hotel room is also poor. I am not very satisfied, however, I could stay there without facing any major problem.

Stay here was good, as the room was well maintained. This is away from the city crowd and can give you momnets of peace. However, the service was below average and the food was also not that good.
