The hotel's USP is the location. The rooms are neat & clean. Decent pricing for the location it is situated in.

The hotel did not allow me with my wife to check in, as her photo ID a different surname.For me the priority was to make my wife confortable and arrange a hotel room for both of us. The Hotel denied for any availability for other rooms and I had to look for a nearby hotel for both of us.

Hotel Pinnacle is situated right in the middle of the city and is nearby to shopping centres, movie halls & more. The rooms are neat and clean, for the money you spend it's worth every penny. Overall, a decent budget planned hotel with good hopitality servises.
