Hotel has every facility! AC, referigerator, DTH, etc...but here comes a stark reality, rarely anything works! Poorest service ever seen... For 4 hours we were made to sit without even a fan...as they would not respond to our calls for power backup if there was a power cutout... They won't switch on a generator only because the man for the work was not present... There's a DTH but without any remote control or good channel packs subscribed... They didn't provide me with an AC remote for a day... I would say the condition of the room was good but without service you just can't live in it...in fact, i would recommend you book any other hotel with makemytrip...but not this one.
