Hotel stay was really comfortable. Staff was very helpful. We could have our breakfast at 6 am due to our flight even if it starts at 7 am. Well done!

Value for money.

Hotel and our room was in excellent condition. Our stay was very pleasant. Here you get more than what you pay for. Only draw back is that the area around hotel is not the best you would look for(some construction but no noise). It is near to the International Airport but not so close to subway trains. The staff was very polite and courteous. We got free airport pick up and drop off as well. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. You can't expect a better stay in Mumbai.

Value for money spent.

The hotel is very neat and clean with nice breakfast and complimentary airpot transfer.The best point is that it is very near to the airport. It is a good value for money.

Room was very good though the hotel as such was average for its other facilities and upkeep.

The hotel is near the international airport, and is good value for what you get. Room is comfortable and breakfast buffet good. Lighting in the corridors is a bit dingy, and the washroom needed some attention. Otherwise very good.

My stay at the hotel was quite satisfactory. However, a couple of minor glitches caused some irritation. For example, the electronic key wouldn't work at the end of the day, delay in getting clothes ironed though the urgency was communicated to the hotel staff, wrong beverage being served, etc. These may be minor in themselves, but for a weary traveller like me, they could be a source of consternation. I would have certainly rated the hotel higher on the services and satisfaction indices, had these glitches not occurred. Nonetheless, a pleasant hotel to stay.

Decent hotel with comfy rooms. However could have done better with slightly bigger rooms, better choice of tea (personal choice) and of course toileteries need to be improved. They were really not quality at all.
