No one could expect such a nice hotel in a small town like Kolhapur. It's a great place to stay. Ambiance is great, breakfast variety is also good.

Hotel is 35 yera old, interiors are also old, not maintained up to the standard. Too costly for an orinary facility.

Overall hotel & other services, food are very good. But AC is too old & improvement in laundry service is required.

Excellent hotel. I stay in Pearl whenever i go to Kolhapur. This is since last 7 yrs. Good room, world class tasty food and staff-simple sweet and down to earth! There is no show off...just simple, good and improving customer care.

The hotel offers a good stay option for business travelers visiting Kolhapur. It's ideal location, good food and friendly staff makes this hotel a preferred stay option in Kolhapur. One thing I always suggest to these kind of hotels that they should have nominal charge base business centre with basic facilities like printouts,scans, photocopies etc at nominal charges. I paid Rs 10 per page for B&W printouts for about 12 pages lot. These kind of things like nominal charge based business centre will add comfort and friendly connect between hotel and guests.

Staff courteous and efficient. Nothing to complain. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. The room tariff could have been less at least by 10%.

Quite good by Kolhapur standards
