Hotel is neat and clean. Behavior of the staff is friendly and helping. George and Victor are very cooperative and helps a lot in language problems of Kerela.

The hotel is indeed located in the centre of the city at M G Road. The rooms are comfortable, especially for overnight stays. I would advice travellers to opt for AC rooms as the humidity and heat is unbearable even in the month of December.

Hotel is good in all respect,situated on M.G. Road, very nice location but 2 my surprise hotel was looking empty with family we feel somewhat unsafe

The hotel is centrally located in Kochi. The room was big and very clean. Staff is helpful.The Hotel does not have an own restaurant; but this is not a real problem, because in M.G. Road you find many places to get your food.
