No resort of this hotel but charge as resort.

Hotel is located at 10 to 15 minutes drive from the airport, which is convenient. Bed was comfortable but the bath room lacked even the minimum expectations. Hot water was not available. Basic toileteries like towel and soap were missing and a soap was provided after repeated calling. General hygeine was poor. The restaurant floor was very dirty and probably not swept for days. Taking the complimentary breakfast in that atmosphere was a punishment. Quality of food supplied was good but will taste better when ordered through room service. The worst part of the experience was at the travel desk, where the guy was very arrogant and overcharged for the car hired for trips to local sight seeing and Konark & Puri. The driver was his own younger brother who was very pleasant & polite.
