It was supposed to be deluxe room, but the condition of the room was so bad that there was ventilation at all and it was very congested.

Hotel services is so poor, nobody is caring for you as you are going to stay their for 4 days.hotel is recommended in condition if room services can be developed.

Hotel location is poor. I could not locate the hotel, and thus had pay an extra amount to the taxi. Room service was nice but food was not so good. Only one thing for which I would like to thank the hotel staff is for arranging taxi at 4AM for us.

The condition of hotel is very poor. The hotel beds are bug-ridden & Acs and fans are making irritating noise. By seeing the situation of hotel it seems that the management has completely taken care that you don't sleep at night. Moreover, the management, even after complaining is not interested to pay attention to the issue & person at reception may start shouting at you. In a nutshell truly horrible hotel.
