Very good.

The hotel room was renovated. Ambience was good and much better than expected. The AC had bit problem as the switch would trip often causing the AC to shut down, but the problem was attended to immediately. Breakfast was good and offered variations daily. As far as food is concerned, Menu is good but food was OK. Convenient location and striving for service to the customer is a plus point. Overall, highly satisfactory and recommended.

Good but location of the hotel is far from any sea beach.

The receptionist was new, did not know basics regarding the hotel; allotted me a room, after 15 mins. Room had a tub, but nothing to plug the sink. breakfast on the house was lousy, with some poha, no eggs, no coffee. Quite pissed off as I was ready to pay for coffee or eggs but couldn't get them.

It was a quite good experience to stay in that hotel.

Garroulous, unfriendly staff, who are slow in work and make mistakes. Rooms are not cleaned, and are infested with pests like lizards and roaches

Best facility in room, clean room, staff very co-operative, spacious room.

Hotel location was misguided to us by local people whereas it was quite nearer to railway station as well local municipality office. The room was quite nice and good to see nice trees from the room. Also it was quite airy and natural lights. It was quite neat and clean. They had connecting reasturant which had ok food but food service was quite slow.

It was a real value for money booking.
