Hotel Panchavati Reviews, Aurangabad

The hotel is a pretty standard budget hotel, good for people who will be travelling in a group or with family. We were travelling in a group of 6, and we had booked 3 double bed rooms. We reached Aurangabad around 4 at night, and were really happy that they had arranged a pickup even at that hour. The rooms we got were fine, nothing too lavish. The staff behaved nicely with us, and they gave us good service. We ate breakfast and dinner from adjoining restaurant. But the quality of the food was pretty bad. We had booked tours of Ajanta and Ellora through the hotel itself, and the tours were very good and timely, as they were conducted by Ashoka Travel agency, which is right below the hotel building. They arranged the two tours for all 6 of us for 3000 rupees, which is quite reasonable, and their manager is quite friendly. I would like to recommend this hotel for short stay at Aurangabad for budget travellers, but do consider eating outside, or carrying some emergency food.

The accomodation is good and people are warm towards guests. The restaurant needs improvement.
