Clean rooms.

The quality is decreased but still it is better than what you can find in Bhubaneshwar.

This is a complete fraud hotel.

Ok, but not a value for money

Food is not up to the mark. The waiters don't know what is on the menu and you seldom get what is promoted on the menu.

I was a bit skeptical, but this is a wonderful hotel. Clean, big rooms, services are very nice and prompt and the bed tea served was great. I immediately decided to extend my stay.

The hotel is well equipped and we had a pleasant stay, very thoughtful of them to give us a new year cake.

Overall the hotel is good. At first we arrived on 25 dec, we were given a twin bed and that was uncomfortable. Breakfast menu has to be better. Rest was OK

The room was having a stinky smell, when complained, attended to.

The hotel was situated at a very good location, but advantages under-utilized as the hotel was situated in the rear portion of the building. The hotel's staff were cordial but constructive assistance was lacking. Little details were not attended to and the tap in the bathroom was leaking. Despite repeated reminders it was not repaired within my period of my stay. The electronic door key was not working either, and whenever, I went out, I had to call on the reception or go down there to tell the reception to send someone with me to open the room, which was irritating. The rooms were good, offering a good view of the side road and the city of Bhubaneswar. Travel assistance was missing at the hotel.
