The room was having a stinky smell, when complained, attended to.

The hotel was situated at a very good location, but advantages under-utilized as the hotel was situated in the rear portion of the building. The hotel's staff were cordial but constructive assistance was lacking. Little details were not attended to and the tap in the bathroom was leaking. Despite repeated reminders it was not repaired within my period of my stay. The electronic door key was not working either, and whenever, I went out, I had to call on the reception or go down there to tell the reception to send someone with me to open the room, which was irritating. The rooms were good, offering a good view of the side road and the city of Bhubaneswar. Travel assistance was missing at the hotel.

Good ambience, well mannered and very cooperative staff. The location is on the rear side of a shopping mall and hence the view from the room is not as it should be. The amenities in the room are adequate and comfortable. Air-conditioning needs some improvement. The buffet breakfast is very sumptuous. Cuisine is palatable and of good quality. The 3 restaurants serve dishes that can suit all levels of customers. Late check out was given to me with full grace and politeness. I recommend this hotel with full confidence.

Very courteous, caring and concerned people. General ambiance quite good, stay needs fully met, food quality nice besides being sumptuous. Mannerisms of working staff appealing. General hygiene including surroundings quite good, secure at the same friendly atmosphere visible all through. Disciplined - and work-minded staff appeared impressive. Would wish to visit again.

Everything fine except the breakfast was not served in time.
