It was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in BBSR.

Hotel Staff was highly courtesies and helpful.

Excellent service, tasty food. Very much satisfied with the quality, condition, standard of the Hotel. I would love to visit again and will surely recommend others.

Not satisfactory.

Pal Heights is a modern 4-star in a posh area of Bhubaneshwar. It is located above a mall, but entrance is separate, so it does not feel intrusive in any way. The rooms are top-notch: ours was spacious,well-maintainedand luxurious; and the bathroom was very clean too - albeit a bit cramped. The window of the room looks into the mall. The staff are very polite and efficient, and there is no fault there. The food, however, could be improved. A buffet breakfast was included, which had variety but felt a little bland...but maybe that's just me. The mall is quite handy for some quick shopping, and the location is, I believe, the prime area of Bhubaneshwar. Overall: highly recommended

The quality is decreased but still it is better than what you can find in Bhubaneshwar.

This is a complete fraud hotel.

Ok, but not a value for money

Food is not up to the mark. The waiters don't know what is on the menu and you seldom get what is promoted on the menu.
