Its hospitality is good and also service facility good.

Cooperative staff and nice food.

Hotel location is good but services were moderate not of standard. Rooms were with all the facilities but were not properly cleaned. In vacation period they are concentrating more on new tourist who walk in. We booked through makemytrip. Behaviour of owners Mr. Maheshari was very good. We are of nature not to complain but to accept the things with positive attitude. This is frank opinion on your request. Your service is excellent. Even we received reminder before department. That was most satisfactory. We will be using your services for all our trips.

Even after payment of additional day i.e. to check in 5.00 a.m. Rooms were not ready and had to wait for 1 hour and allotted rooms which were under maintenance. No toiletries and proper bath towels provided. But after request we got changes in rooms and provided toiletries and towels. For hot water we have to request all 3 days and last day it was provided in buckets from other rooms.

No generator in the hotel, no air cooler in the room. Big problem of mosquito in the hotel.

Food is delicious, hotel management & staff is very supportive. Overall good hotel.

Hotel management was unknown about our booking & rooms were not reversed for us, adjusted on top floor in their hotel, not treated as a paying guest.

No romantic interior decoration. Dull lighting, washroom must have modern gadgets, interior of the room should create moods.
