The hotel was smelling and the rooms were shabby.

Nice place and every one must visit there. Excellent service and location of the hotel.

Room service is lousy. Whatever was listed in the 24 hours available list was ordered at 11:30 pm but was not served till 1:30 am. When we asked they told that it would take more time. Breakfast was not elaborate and whatever was needed to be served hot was mostly cold and not a penny worth the charges they charge. Cups were cracked and not clean. Salt and pepper served in small bowls with coffee spoons. Towels were not changed but merely the used ones folded and kept again. Carpet in room #3005 was filthy and almost worn out. No feedback was taken at the time of checking out which added to the frustration. Bill was not given and only credit card receipt was given.

Should ensure before the guest checks in basic things like TV and hot water are working properly.

We had a bad experience during our stay in this hotel. We booked two rooms in this hotel. We reached hotel late night (around 12:30AM). It was too chilled weather at that time and we requested hotel staff to switch on room heater. The room heater never worked even after a long try to switch it on. We asked them to provide us a different room, even there the room heater was not working!. We had no option but to stay in chilled room. Early in the morning (around 7:00AM) we checked out for hot water in the bathroom. Hot water was available for very short time with that even a person could'nt complete the bath. We check with staff for hot water and did not received a good response from the staff. The staff mentioned that there was some issue and hot water was not available. Our stay at this hotel for very short time (overnight) and had a very unpleasent experience which we never expeceted. I hope this feeback will be considered and evaluated.

Good value for money. One thing I did not like is the helping boys do not go until you tip them and this is not good. They should be groomed how to behave with the customers. Not everybody would like to tip after paying quite a lot for the room and in addition service tax.

Very Very bad experience.I booked the hotel for one night.As i got there i came to know that the TV was not working and they didnt replace it.WI-FI was not working.Staff was not trained and very late response from them.Strictly a no .It is also situted outside the city so you have to travel to get into the city.

Poor lobby with mosquitoes. First night room terrible and the hotel admitted. Second night they upgraded us which was fine

From security point of view like parking this is very well maintained.From reception to Staff on duty they r kind hearted, take extra effort to give service.Quality of food is superb.

Large room with bare necessities. Lobby and Reception area are well designed, while the rooms lack the warm feel. However , the staff at front desk made it worthwhile with their warmth and added value is the good speed of the wifi.
