Hotel Ostria Reviews, Surat

We had a pleasant stay. We found the rooms to be clean and spacious and free from any noise and other inconveniences. We were totally satisfied with the service and standard of the Room and also the Co-operation of the hotel staff. We would definitely once again stay at the same hotel during our visits to Surat in future and would recommend the same to others.

Hotel was very good and walking distance from railway station. Room furniture is very good. Overall happy experience of staying there.

It was bad

Location of hotel was very good, very near to railway station-auto took Rs. 20/- only. First view of the building was not so good, but when we entered the actual hotel lobby, it was quite good. The staff were very helpful. Room was very good - really value for money, furnishings were up to the mark except the sofa, which gave a shabby look. Room was quite big & there was ample space inside. TV & AC were in good condition. Bathroom was also quite neat & well equipped with furnishings, and hot & cold water. The hotel has a travel desk as well, but I did not avail thier service, hence won't be able to guide you well in this regard. Food was served within 10-15 minutes of order, but really speaking I did not like the taste of the food.
