The hotel is quick and convenient to the airport. I did stay here quite a few times and each time the service is always impeccable. The prices in the restaurants are on this high side though the food quality and service is fantastic.

Good experience.

I arrived after midnight and my room (457) was fine - but the hotel was very noisy with people arriving on my floor for several hours, their footsteps and talking, coughing, sneezing, and opening and closing doors, water running etc. all very audible. At 4.45am I heard a noise outside the window and saw that people were working with welding equipment under arc lights directly below. An hour later Room Service (I had not ordered!) knocked on my door and shouted. I literally did not sleep a wink all night.

Best hotel in Hyderabad town to relax away from city.

I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel airport in Hyderabad. I arrived from Rajahmundry and had more than 12 hours for my overseas flight. I decided to stay at the Novotel because of it's proximity to the airport. Having reserved the room a week in advance, I got a reasonable discount. I felt like it was a great price because it was only 50% higher than what many 3 star hotels in the city were charging. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was also convenient and I was able to call in the ride by approaching the Novotel desk at the airport. The concierge helped me with the luggage and politely pointed out the way to get to the restaurant, bar and the gym. I would like to compliment the cleanliness of the room #227 that was provided to me. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. I did not go down to the restaurant but called in the room service instead. The service did not take long and I enjoyed the food. In the evening, I sneaked into the gym for a light workout and found it to be neat. On the flip side, the mini bar at the room could have been better as it contained only 2 beers. For a mini-bar - in my opinion - it could use a little more alcohol in there. I had to go to the bar at the lobby for some whiskey. The bar had a good look to it, though there weren't any hotel residents around when I went there. It was good to have a couple of complimentary water bottles in the room, wherein some other 5-star hotels might have charged for them too. I got charged quite a bit for a couple of std calls that I made from the room, but again, high charges are kind of expected when one stays in a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, I felt that the charges were too high. I would rate the hotel very high in terms of it's location (for travellers in transit), cleanliness of the room and quality of service. With the discounted rate, it was a very good value for the price. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to the airport and have a relaxed stay. The next time I stay there, I intend to check out the spa.

Novotel Hyderabad Airport Hotel is perfect hotel for business travelers. Staff, service, rooms & amenities are excellent. Food, breakfast, lunch, dinner & buffets are very good. Overall ranking of hotel is excellent.
