The hotel room was inadequate to accommodate 5 persons, No provision for extra person's comfort was ensured. Wash room was very small, untidy and toiletries/accessories provided were of very poor standard. There was no air-conditioned provided. The bed and bedding were of very poor quality/standard.

I had done this booking for a short stay in Jammu before boarding the late night train to Delhi. The hotel is on a bustling street right next to the Raghunath Ji Temple and so can be quite noisy until late in the night. The condition of the hotel in general and the room in particular was good and was well supported by a courteous staff. The only hassle being the lack of an elevator since the ground level of the hotel is occupied by commercial establishments and there is a narrow and pretty steep staircase leading to the reception of the hotel. Overall, recommended for both solitary travelers and for a family.

Food and bevarages of hotel was charged very high.

It was a nice and pleasant stay over there. Not only hotel manager but staff was also very courteous and kind. Saving of time as the hotel is situated in main market of Jammu opp. world famous Raghunath temple. It is my second visit to this hotel prior i have stayed in this hotel in the month of June this year only. It is value for money. Hotel tariff is also very much economical. It is a paisa vasool.

He has given good service. But one i did not like because they cheated me for taxi. I asked him about how much would be the charges from Jammu to katra. They said 1200. I told them charges should be only Rs.700-800. When we checked up with taxi driver, he had given only Rs. 800. Next we will keep in mind that we should not take this service from hotel people. In fact they should give proper information about the city and other services perfectly as we are their customer.

Satisfaction of journey can be earned by choosing such a fine accommodation in Jummu.

Reception staff is cordial and room service is nice. They were helpful in guiding for local site seeing.

It was a bad experience. I had booked the AC deluxe room. But after reaching there, I was given an Air Cooled Room, very low in standard.
