Hotel dealing is very poor.

Good value for money

It was too difficult to identify the hotel at late night at 2 am, as there is no phone number available on the hotel booking voucher.It is sincere suggestion to kindly provide the phone numbers of the hotel in your booking confirmation vouchersotherwise in new locations in place like srinagar I had very tough time with my older parents,ladies and children on 3rd early hours.Please kindly accept my suggestion and provide good service otherwise coustmers has suffer a lot like how I struggled as this hotel was so interior which many of the locals could not able to provide information.Please provide the necessary contact numbers of the hotel on your booking confirmation vouchers in future.

Over all it was good experience to stay except breakfast facility.
