Our room was given next to sewerage cleaning plant. Smelt very bad, and making many request to hotel staff room was not changed, Room had a rotten geyser, Broken kettle having water, Moreover room waiter said he is only one so delay in service is reasnable, so we left the Hotel.

Very good hotel but the sewer stench was heavy

The person who were sitting on the reception are very very rude. They even don't know that how to talk to the customers of hotel..the worst hotel i have visited

Hotel staff were not friendly. Cleanliness of room were very poor ,for example bedsheet were torn with stain, pillow cover had lipstick marks! we asked them to change the entire bedsheets and pillow cover.

Booked into a Deluxe room, decently clean, toilet lacked a wee bit of a plumbing job and also lacked internet facility. Service and location-wise it was okay. More of a family- type hotel, lounge was quite noisy, food average. Overall satisfied, As per my budget, the hotel was worth it. I recommend this hotel for families.

Fixtures in the washroom wasn't very good.

The hotel is located very close to the bus stand. The food and services provided by the hotel staff were reasonably good. But, the double bedroom in which I stayed was in a bad condition. The bed covers were torn and dirty. The flush-out was not working in the bathroom. Overall, it was not a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location on Mall Road, just by the side of Private Bus stand, where the Volvo Buses drop and pick up. The location is central and most of the places of interest like Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Vashisht, Market, Bus stand and Taxi Stand etc. are nearby. The view from the side rooms is reasonably good. However, the view from the hotel is not comparable to Aleo, Prini, Vashisht or Rangri area, which are simply suberb and mesmerising. The staff is courteous. Since the Hotel has large number of rooms, availability of rooms is good. I wanted a family suit and I got it. The hotel is perhaps old hence some of the fittings and furnishings are old but ok. The bath rooms are not luxurious but clean and ok. The Room Service is prompt and good. The staff is courteous. Food in restaurent is delicious and good at reasonable rates and multi cusine/elaborate options. The hotel is indeed good value for money and is recommended.
