Stay was decent, rooms were neat & clean, view especially at night was awesome overall good for the price paid.

The hotel is a very good budget hotel that you can find at such a price. Though the hotel is located is at a very steep place, it is very close to the Naini Lake. To compensate this, the hotel provides a free pickup/drop to/from Naini Lake. The rooms are very good while considering the amount paid for them. Room is neat and clean. The food is good as well. The hotel does not have a restaurant but the food is served inside the room. The only suggestion for the hotel could be to improve on the toiletries.

The property doesn't seem to be a hotel at all. Building is in pathetic condition. The way to room, specially the stairs are dirty and lousy. Hotel staff is not professional at all. If you are with a female companion it is not recommended at all. You can have a nice view of Naini Lake from the hotel top, but the location of the hotel is not good. If you are not having any vehicle you have to climb on steep roads for around 400m which is very cumbersome. There was no natural light coming in our room although it was a Premium room. Guests often asked to shift to different room when new guests come, which is very unprofessional. This hotel doesn't worth at all the money they are charging. If you want to make Nainital tour comfortable, avoid this hotel.

We booked 1 deluxe room, but they booked us in a very dark and damped room in a corner of the corridor. We insisted that we won't stay there that's when they shifted us in a slightly better room, but the standard of that room was also below par. They are cheating the guests by not providing standard and quality rooms and facilities.
