Rooms
The hotel has 113 well furnished rooms divided into Single Executive rooms and Deluxe Executive rooms. The Single Executive room is equipped with facilities such as air conditioner, satellite television, telephone, internet connection and attached washrooms with hot and cold water supply and basic bathroom toiletries.

The Deluxe Executive rooms are the higher category room and have, in addition to the above, extra amenities like a refrigerator, Wi Fi internet connectivity and an attached balcony. Room service is also available for the convenience of guests.

Hotel New Bengal boasts of three restaurants - Howrah, which serves authentic Bengali cuisine, Zaffran, which serves an Indian fare and First Floor Bistro, a trendy lounge cum bar.
