Nice experience.

I booked this hotel for 3 days based on the feedback given by MMT members. Hotel is located on the mall road (just inside from main road). Good and clean rooms. I stayed on Dec 25th-28th when the night temparature was dropped to minus degrees. The heater provided in our room was not in good condition. when I asked for replacement they said it is because of voltage problem. Food is very expensive in the attached restaurant and one can have many opttions just outside of the hotel. Overall it is good budget hotel on the main road.

The hotel was as per the rent. The location of the hotel is good as it is on Mall Road only. But the room service is pathetic. I told the guys to book a taxi for me the next morning and the guys did take care for it anyway. The condition of the room was ok ..... guys if u want a budget hotel then go for it but don't expect anything better than that.

Hotel New Adarsh is located in the centre of manali town which is very important for ever visitors to get their readily available commodities.

Apart from the location of the hotel none of the other things about the hotel were up to the mark. I did not get the woth of my money to say the least. Eventhough most of their rooms in 1st floor were vacant, they gave us a room in the top floor.

Good location. Value for money. Well furnished rooms. U can enjoy the food from their own restaurant outside the hotel.

It good hotel but bit away from bus stand.

Excellent is the word that comes to my mind when i think about hotel New Adarsh. I along with my fiancé, reached Manali at around 9 am in the morning and the hotel owner was co-operative enough to allow us to check in at that time. The room was excellent considering the fact it only cost 940/- a day, the hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful especially the guy at the reception. I stayed in the hotel for 8 days and enjoyed every second of it. All the facilities at the hotel were top notch. Trust me the hotel rooms are much better than what they seem to be in the pictures on the website. Even the day I checked out, the owner allowed us to check out at 4 PM as our transportation to New Delhi left at 5. I would surely come back to Manali and stay in the same hotel again. Excellent, truly a value for money. 10 out of 10 for Hotel New Adarsh.

An excellent Value for Money Hotel. The Manager Mr Vineet is an epitome of Customer Service. Even after Make My Trip had almost screwed up my happiness by sending my Confirmed booking details as cancelled to the Hotel, Mr Vineet was kind enough to accommodate us in his hotel, juggling with several of his existing confirmed bookings. The hotel is very clean and the location is very convenient. It is right on the mall but being in the lane parallel to the mall is away from the noise of the Mall. The services of the hotel were majorly on time. Recommended for anyone who wants to stay near the Mall. Especially, for family men. Mr Vineet was extremely helpful till the last moment and even gave us a parting gift of two chocolates and a nice cake for the way back.Three Cheers for Hotel New Adarsh.
