Hotel Navratna Palace Reviews, Mangalore

It was just ok. We booked 2 deluxe rooms.one of them had broken a/c. after complaining, they change the room. The staff was helpful but overall, i expected more when I booked a deluxe a/c room.

Hotel location is excellent, but it does not have restaurant, but plenty of good restaurants are available nearby. Only negative point is poor room service, in my room no telephone was there & staff does not respond on bell, even for drinking water you have to go on ground floor & informed to reception, if you are on a business tour for a short stay than its good hotel in this price range & in good location.

The hotel was good . value for money. the location in the heart of the city is the biggest plus point of the hotel. the huge city center mall is just opposite.

Hotel's location is the main advantage. Facilities average. Guess it is value for money.

I rated mostly 5.. bcoz d hotel is at prime location nd the staffs were very friendly nd according to me its worth it...
