A good business hotel to stay. The quality of breakfast spread needs improvements.

In case the hotel staff does not become more responsive to needs of the clients, it is likely to become "Bhoot Bangala". The quality of toiletries provided were really sub-standard.

What the food in the restaurants lack in taste is made up by great service!! Breakfast is good if you stick to Indian. Avoid the continental dishes unless you are willing to restrict yourself to omlettes! Plan to have your own car or hire taxis directly from outside local taxi services. The wireless taxis are a good option if you dont tell them you require pickup at the hotel. There seems to be some sort of nexus here. Ask the bellboy for a taxi and a 5 minute ride will cost you Rs.300/-. A drop to the airport or train station (normally Rs.200/-) will be charged at Rs.600/- !!

Room service was excellent - prompt and satisfatctory. Though renovation imprints were visible but it did not effect the ambience and comfort.

Very noisy lobby. The sound travels to the rooms from the banquet hall. The doors and door closers on each floor make a constant sound.

The hotel location is perfect but lacks road signages. The suite was well appointed but lacked balconies. But anyways, it was pure value for money.
