Great hotel,superb service,value for money.

Hotel is good and well located. Food was fine. Desert safari was not up to mark.

I am impressed with the hotel condition and standard of rooms. Food is also good and they made excellent arrangement for musical night and sand dues.

Location and view of Hotel was very nice but the service and the arrangement was extremely poor. I request all the visitors to postpone their tour if required but not stay at this hotel. Very unsatisfactory.

Very good hotel good service and location.

Restaurant service is very good, good preparation and served with love, exhaust in wash room not working and the AC is not very effective. But the warmth of staff covers all negatives. It could have been better if a small note about Jaisalmer and its surroundings is provided in every room and ways to reach there.

The hotel was strategically placed at a convenient location, with its rooftop restaurant commanding an unobstructed view of the Golden Jaisalmer Fortress. The hotel was tastefully decorated with Rajput miniatures and figurines adoring the walls. The service was very personalised and warm, and their travel desk was very efficient. We enjoyed their food, and they even arranged for a lovely cake at very short notice for my wife's birthday. What made our stay even more memorable was their telephone call after our return to Kolkata, enquiring whether we had a smooth trip back -- this shows how much they care about their guests. My sincere thanks to Mr Giril Bhatia (Manager) & his dedicated staff for their teamwork.

We arrived at 5 am in the morning and they kindly let us in and had a room available. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly, they gave us a spare room to get change for our train journey after we checked out.
