Hotel Mittal Residency Reviews, Lonavala And Khandala

The hotel was under modification and we were asked to shift in Hotel Rainbow Resort without any prior intimation. Both the hotels were really disappointed and will not recommend anyone to stay in any of these hotels.

The hotel is located close to the station within 2km. from a single glimpse it was difficult to guess that it was a hotel. It looked more like a big personal house. The entry to the hotel and the ground floor was ill lighten and not too much clean. However, the room was good. It was a big room, well furnished but the chairs provided were plastic chairs. The fans, TV, AC were working properly. The toilet was well furnished and the fittings were elegant. But, there was no running hot water after 11am. However, the provided hot water on request in a bucket, and the bucket was not very much clean with visible dirt at the bottom. There was no functioning restaurant. They provided room service on request. No telephone was there in the room. Overall it was a so-so type of hotel with a clean and large room. If somebody is happy with a clean large AC room, then he/she might visit the hotel. The staff were cooperative and well behaved.

No TV, intercom in room. Leakage in rooms during rainy season.
