It was a very nice hotel and would definitely recommend it to all travelers - Indian or Foreigners. The staff was friendly and our room (reflection room) was very nice. Close to the International airport but far from downtown Mumbai. The included breakfast was good. Take advantage of the Concierge as they were very helpful in exchange for tips.

The hotel has well-furnished and spacious rooms with good service and a lovely lobby. Location is convenient. A swimming pool would make this hotel a super hit. Good value for money.

The hotel is a good 4 star hotel, with a convenient location for those who need to stay near the airport. The rooms are very neat and spacious, lobby has good ambiance. The only place the hotel lags behind is its restaurant. There has been many feedback on internet about the restaurant being small, service being not very good and yet the hotel doesn't seem to be working on it. At lunch time it was very crowded with no one to attend to guests. Otherwise I was satisfied with my stay and will recommend to business travelers and perhaps stay there again.

The hotel was ambient and a convenient place to stay especially if you are having a lay over to catch international flights. It would have been good if the hotel offered complimentary pickup and drop off to the airports. The charges levied by the hotel for pick is very high and not reasonable.

One thing Indians can do properly is luxury and this was just what I needed before flying home after braving the monsoon. My room was fantastic, the hotel itself a mirage in marble and glass. I was wishing I could stay longer until I looked out my window in the morning. There is so much development work going on around the international airport that The Mirage looks as it's in the middle of a war zone. But I am sure it will survive the work and the location will be much improved when it is finished. But do not let that put you off staying here – it is a brilliant hotel.

The hotel is very nicely located near the international airport. They provided us the transfer facility as per request and check in and other facilities were line up very nicely. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Mirage is a Boutique Hotel located near the approach road to the International Airport. Having tried a few hotels in the vicinity in the same price range, I have always come back unsatisfied with the service / quality / cleanliness of the hotels. But Mirage was a very pleasant surprise to me. I was initially given one room on the 3rd floor and within minutes I received a call from the reception informing that there was a party scheduled that night and I might be disturbed by the loud music and asked if I wanted a change of room. Now, thatÂ’s proactive service. Kudos to the team! And my heartfelt thanks to the chef for making awesome Thai Curry. I tried the "SumoMeal" which is essentially a limited thali and was very satisfied with the same. The breakfast spread is vast and the service is good. Will definitely be staying at this hotel whenever I travel to Mumbai!

I stayed for 2 nights, it was warm welcome at the reception and the service provided was very warm and cooperative. Food was a bit expensive for the same price, but overall the stay was good and enjoyable.

We had travelled Kerala for 10 days prior to an overnight at the Mirage. Accepting that we chose this hotel because of it is close to the airport, it was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. The level of customer service, the food and spacious bedroom (with HOT shower!), gave us the freshest start to an early morning flight. One hotel we'd definitely use again.

Prompt service and well mannered staff.Quite and a peaceful location ...the only thing that disturbed was the DJ music ,, the staff shifted me to a new room within 10 minutes of complaint.

Facilities match the expectations reqired, in terms o room size, comfortable beds, neat bathrooms and food replenishments provided. Cmplimentary breakfast is an awesome spread with a blend of indian and continental food, that leaves you craving for more.. The sweetest surprise came in the form of complimentary milk chocolates which we found on our beds when we returned to our rooms well past midnight. The only thing you wish was different was the view from your window.. All you get to see is traffic packed streets and half constructed flyovers ... So dont bother peeping out. Well to put the rest in one line, every cent worth the money spent
