The bathroom was very dirty and the false ceiling has been torn open, from which the AC duct dripped water on the tope. Extremely dirty rooms and shabby service. Not worth the money.

Good hotel, value for the money

Washroom was stinking due to improper drainage.

A genuine home like experience with a lot of luxury. Hotel services is excellent and staffs are very well. Hotel rooms are well decorated and its totally clean. I am that I will come here again.

Room: Not so spacious layout. Split air-conditioner not well maintained. Wash basin outside the wash room, no soap rack in washroom. Plumbing inside bath is too primitive. Hot water good. Lighting is good. Bed linen could be better. Rooms need to be aired to get rid of musty odour. Newspaper not provided in room. Complementary breakfast arrangements unsatisfactory (provided in one of the rooms which is converted into dining space). Room service prompt. Quality of food is OK (a little bit on the oil side, though) Location: May not be suitable for business travellers (located in auto parts/ repairs/ lubricants business location) usually these are not the cleanest areas. No other eating places nearby. Without the Rs 500/- discount given by MakeMyTrip the tariff would have been excessive for the room/ location/ services.
