Well hotel is best in terms of value of money and services provided round the clock. Location is also a major factor hardly few kms. from domestic airport and 1 km from santacruz railway station also make this hotel a preferred one.

The management is co operative & flexible. The Rooms are good with optimum size. Bathroom & Toilets are clean . Strategically located ,very near to Santacruz railway Station, Western Express Highway as well as Domestic Airport. Overall an excellent value for money.

The hotel Staffs were well disciplined and service was good. Except for the telephone was not working properly. All the other things were maintained properly.

(1) The hotel is good, but as it is situated very near to the Airport we could not sleep due to take off and landing of flight (2) We stayed both in standard and deluxe rooms, there is no difference

Reception desk and staff were good. Room was so so. Location is good for transit passengers as the airport is very close. The only problem was that it was difficult to have a deep sleep due to the nonstop sounds of the flying planes

Whole floor got submerged in dirty water from choked drainpipe. Hot water supplied was rusty red water. Even after repeated reminders, still problem was not solved.
