Hotel did not provide the towels till 8.15 am. in the morning. Nothing was working in the room, AC, phone, TV. The hotel experience was very bad. They could not provide simply a towel also till next morning 8.15 am. The room was smelly and very unclean.

Rooms were pathetic. The hotel staff was very unfriendly and arrogant. Bathroom door was broken and termites were clearly visible on the wooden furniture which was filthy. The room paint was totally worn and bed cover was torn with holes. The mattress was all smelly and room services was very slow and food was below average.

I choose this hotel for its location, otherwise its one of the worst ever place to stay. Hotel room stinks, bathroom were pathetic. In addition, room service was really bad. Even basic facilities like intercom is not available. I strongly suggest not to choose this hotel as you can find better hotels in same rate.

Food cost is high and flights sound are there because the location is near domestic airport. Overall good services, I am satisfied there. I can again stay there, whenever I will go to Mumbai.

Behavior of reception guys was horrible. Even they do not know how to behave, speak and deal with customers. It was like they are doing obligation to the guests. Everything else were good like cleanness, food, location and behavior of other staff.

I am a frequent traveler in India and abroad and in my 3 decades of experience I have never tasted such a bad experience as this one. In my view the owners are not capable of running hotel properly as rooms are not clean, even paint is not good and require repainting, doors are not closing, bathrooms are totally unhygienic and all sorts of illegal activities are going on. How can one stay peaceful on business trip. Further restaurant is ill equipped and they can not serve even a coffee. Insisting on cash payment for each and every item served from restaurant is outrageous. They do not want to include in the bill against signature and get their bill settled. This is really a bugbear when we are on business.

Hot shower is not working. Bad staff, and inefficient management, dirty walls, very old t.v barely works volume would not work, door lock would not work, barely working A.C, finally I have to take bath with help of the bucket given from the management after a long struggle and very dirty chairs inside the room.

The worst experience in my life to enter in to the hotel. The staffs at the reception are very nonsense. They gave me a room like a servant room as all the rooms are full. Waste of money.

I arrived on 3rd Dec 14, they asked us to wait till 12 pm as rooms were not available, we had booked for two rooms, and we waited for more than half an hour, but of no use. We informed them that we would return back at 9.30 pm and in between I called reception and reminded about our booking. On our arrival we were given only one room asked us to manage. Very unprofessional management. I would never return.

Staff are not responsive. Hot water is not available after 8.00 am. Reception need to ask waiter when hot water will be available. EPABX is not working so had to come to lobby and called waiter.

I had booked 02 rooms for one night. The hotel gave away one room to some one else before my arrival for check in. The second room was shown to me after 15 minutes. That too a room which is under renovation without any curtains, AC, no water. I had my entire family and in-laws traveling that night. Very embarrassing. They were extremely unapologetic. No customer service whatsoever.

This is good location budget hotel. Facilities needs further improvement, specially AC is noisy.The hotel management can also start pick up and drop facility, which nowadays many hotels are providing for attracting customers. I hope the management will give a serious thinking in this line in future.

They need payment while you enter in the hotel, my doubt started from that very point only, once I open the door of given room there was bad smell coming and all the paint was coming out from walls. There were holes in bed sheet. It was pathetic, I left the hotel.

Hotel is quite good, staff is co-operative, the food was also good. But hotel is so good, they fully supported me in my illness and I do appreciate the hotel service for that.

The location is average, as it is close to airport you can not have a sound sleep, flight keeps on going every minute, and this hotel need a huge renovation as soon as I entered the room I told my friend that Dharamsala has better room condition then this. I think if they renovate the room like painting, repair the air-conditioning etc it will be a good property. And the most important part the food is worst they have only bread and omelet in breakfast, no other item, we stayed there 3 days and had same breakfast!

I hate myself for choosing this hotel. Worst rooms, I ever stayed in. Walls cracked. Damp smell in the rooms. Hygiene is a big issue. I felt dirty all the time. It is an insult for having stayed in such a hotel. Promise of free airport drop was not honored. No one was there at the restaurant anytime we walk in for food.

I booked the hotel with option of pay on arrival. I reached hotel at 10 pm and to my surprise reception told that all rooms were occupied. Fortunately there was one room being vacated at 11 PM in the night but I had to wait for an hour at reception. Rest all was satisfactory. Near to airport and taxi/auto available easily even in the night time.
