The hotel is well maintained as neat and clean. Staff is very supportive and room service is prompt. It is at a walkable distance from Bandra railway station and bus terminus. Market and shopping centers are nearby. The food quality prepared for the guest is very delicious. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel with my family.

The best part of my stay was the lovely interaction with the hotel staff. They are not only kind and generous but also make it a point to take those extra efforts to make international travellers feel at home. If I am in Bombay I will come back again.

Hotel is located at an excellent location on Bandra Hill Road very convenient for business in BKC. However the rooms are old with plumbing issues and service & environs are so-so. Economical option for one night stays not more.

They didnt clean my room for my entire 3 days stay. Even after calling up the housekeepin & informing the reception,still they didnt clean the room. Staff is not at all bothered about the guest.

The pub and disco right at the entrance with jarring and loud music, air full of teenagers [girls too] smoking is a huge put off. Breakfast served in the same dark ill lit pub with stale air and stink of cigarette smoke!

Hotel room was small and had a dingy feel to it. The entrance also looks a little shady. The best part about the hotel was its location.

Hotel is not good for the descent people.Even I was not allowed to take my sister to the room and the behaviour was very rude of the reception staff.

Hotel rooms are kept neat. The lower rate offer by makemytrip is worth. As such the tariff of Hotel found very high, not worthy to book for.

The services of the hotel were worst I ever encountered. There was no wi-fi , the receptionist were rude. When i requested for room services it came after one hour. Overall this hotel was my worst experience in life, i m so frustrated. The people at the hotel were acting like I was enemy to them, as if I was staying there for free and was a burden on them. I was on the verge of crying. My experience is so bad with this hotel.

The greeting at reception was unfriendly, the first rooms we were shown were not what we had paid for however after we complained we were given better rooms. The air conditioning was so loud we had to switch it off the walls were covered with switches and sockets that had seen better days. The lift was only working on ocasion and could only be descrided as old fasioned. We never received our breakfast coupons so I can not comment on it. The location was good for those who want to go bar hoping but the noise from the street was not acceptable and the crouds outside the enterance a little intimidating. All in all one to avoide I think.

The hotel is situated at one of the best locations in Mumbai. Very near to Airport. It was a most comfortable stay and best for stay with family due to security and nearby environment. In our case airport pick up and airport drop was very satisfactory. Meal was good. All services are excellent and prompt.. I can only summerise that it is one of the best place to enjoy a leisurly stay and also for business stay. We enjoyed our stay.I highly recommend Metro Palace for stay in Mumbai and look forward to visit again. I thank all the stuff of the hotel.
