Centrally located and value for money for sure

I was there in May 2012 on a business trip for 3 days. I had eaten at the restaurant during my previous visit and the food was very tasty. The rooms are very old, shabby and small. Only after raising a strong complaint, they upgraded me to a slightly renovated "Royal" room. However, the food at the restaurant is best in town and not very expensive either.

Good location, Polite staff, Good room, efficient travel desk, Value for money.

Needs improvement and should have confidence on the online partners.

The hotel is very good and the staff is well behaved. The food is good and homely.

The hotel was not up to the mark. It is not a 3-star hotel at all. My room was not good and there was smell of liquor all over the room, the bathroom wasn't good. Overall an average rating, but the complementary breakfast was nice.

I had booked a single bedroom but I was pleasantly surprised to have received a two bed room for the same price. The room has a nice ambience, centralized air-conditioned that worked fine and a decent view from the window and I was mighty pleased on the day one. As the second day dawned and I began to look into the finer aspects, I noticed a few glitches here and there in form of a make shift bulb instead of a non functional bathroom tubelight, the glass window beyond the draped curtain needed some fitting due to the metallic frame having been out of shape due to wear and tear, the room was not cleaned on the second day and the television was poorly tuned.
