Hotel is located at a prime location and finding your way will not be difficult. Restaurant is open till 1.00 in the midnight and room service is also excellent. Now for the cons. Rooms are old and looks like they need a paint job.

The ambience, food, hospitality as well as the behavior of the entire hotel staff is excellent. So I strongly recommend this hotel. I had a pleasant stay there with my family.

Overall it is a value for money option, along with its centralized location and staff responsiveness. However hygiene can be improved with daily spray of disinfectants in the toilets to remove the cockroaches.

Hotel is located in best location but adjecent to Commissionor office so the guards won't let you stop cab or auto in front of the hotel gate. hotel condition is pathetic. Very dirty and un maintained. bathrooms are broken and fittings are not functioning. No hot water available.

The location is very convenient as public transport is easily accessible nearby (bus stops as well as auto rickshaw stands. Decent restaurants nearby, also Hussain Sagar lake / AP Tourism office within 10 mins' walk.

Its the best value for money and friendly staff. Also its very centrally located.

This hotel staff is not cooperative also they are not know about how to treat with guest , when we go to check in there is no room available , which we book before also , they do not have coordination between his staff , one is asking to 12 noon check out , and at the time of check out other staff asking 1500 hundred extra for 2 hour only , we paid 1500 extra and there is no value for money and there is not getting satisfaction , and my all family is not recommend more.........

Rooms can be better & more cleaned.

Good hotel for a budget traveler, staff was courteous. Food was good. Location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Hussain Sagar lake.

Only issue was washroom poorly maintained-hygiene point of view.
