A Good Hotel at Reasonable Price

The Staff of the hotel was very courteous and ready to help. We had a complain of the roof leakage in our bathroom and that was attended immediately. When we requested them to extend our stay by 1 more day it was done without any hassle. Hotel Mayura gives total value for money and I would definitely recommend this to others.

They should always give all the things mentioned before one can ask for the same like coffee maker ,hair dryer,fruit basket complimentary water bottle was not in room. Breakfast is not good.

I checked into the hotel in the evening but to my surprise they didnt find any record of my booking in their system. I showed them the confirmation voucher and I was accomodated though. Other services of the hotel were good. Staff was polite and created no problems. Hotel has two good restaurants a pub and a disk. Its a place which gets flooded on weekends. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for the fine services it offers.

Located in the heart of city & hospitality was good, quality of food has to be improved.

Staff is rude, bad behaviour, reception staff doesn't even know how to handle the guests. Started from the hotel to airport to catch the morning flight, already was running short of time but halfway the vehicle was called back to pick another guest from the hotel to use the same vehicle. Though I refused but the driver was strictly instructed by the reception to return to hotel. Upon reaching the hotel waited for other pax to close the check-out formalities but it was not getting done cause reception was arguing with that guest for some bill settlement. All this was happening without realising that i am getting late to the airport. This was the most unprofessional behaviour i ever received at any hotel around the globe. I would not recommend this hotel even to the person i hate most. Staying with this hotel is nothing but a torture one has to go. Rooms are dingy. Hotel needs a refurbishment at the soonest. Need an apology from hotel managemetn for their rude behaviour.

The hotel lacks the finesse. While it provides the basic facilities, the refinement is missing. Basically, it's an upgraded small town hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. Things which are inclusive in my booking was not provided to me.
