While the room was fine, food quality needs to improved including the breakfast menu which was kind of with limited options. Could not find anybody at the travel desk for local guidance during the 2 days I stayed there. Lifts need to be overhauled, old and noisy. Otherwise the stay was fine. One more thing I realized after coming back was that I was entitled to a 20% discount on food bill but I forgot to ask and hotel charged me on full rate.

Hotel is very good to stay. Only thing which is uncomfortable is food price. One cup of tea/milk cost Rs 86/- So you can assume how costly food will be. Everything else is superb.

Excellent hotel in Agra. Very good service and very nice rooms. Enjoyed dinner buffet.

Quite run-down, needs massive improvement to be called 5* hotel. Questionable level of cleanliness/hygiene, floor under beds has not been cleaned for ages, shower not working properly, yellow, smelly water supply, many fixtures broken, matress should have been exchanged years ago, low quality and variety of breakfast. Unattentive service staff. It is definitely a no go.

Value for money.

The hotel was good and comfortable. It does not contain amenities of a 4 star hotel. Hotel Marina seems like a five star hotel decade ago which has not been upgraded. The restaurant services were completely inefficient. Buffet breakfast was great with variety of options available.

The hotel was on a really busy street that was incredibly noisy all night. The hotel was definitely not as well maintained and the rooms were not nearly as clean as all the other hotels that we had stayed in during our trip. The rooms were not well cleaned, and there was a huge spider hanging from the vent above the shower. Also, when planning sightseeing, we were told various different things by different members of the staff, with no one giving us accurate information or taking the time to try to find out. For example, when asking about visiting the Taj Mahal, one staff member told us that we needed to bring our passports there (but you don't), and one told us that because the Brazilian Prime Minister was visiting the Taj Mahal would be closed from 10-12, and someone else said closed from noon until the end of the day and that we could not drive there with private vehicles. None of the information we got was correct. My friends and I were really disappointed by this hotel.

Overall good but yes the restaurant service was too bad. Two guys to serve the guests. Delay in order, rest rooms and room service good.
