Very good location (main bazar), All the paces are accessible. If you are travelling by Bus to Ooty it is the best option.

Hotel though priced quite fine and properly situated has my worst, stay experience till date. Condition of rooms even deluxe 1s is poor is pathetic, management and their room service was worst. The hotel staff apart from being uncooperative is also unfriendly. Not recommended for family stay, only for bachelors who would spend more time outside and only need for keeping luggage.

Hotel is centrally located and reception was good , room just ok.

Hotel condition was good. I had booked a triple bed room. However, the room provided to me was not a triple bed room. There was 1 double bed and a sofa which they claimed to be the 3rd bed. Their room service was pathetic at a place which is known as the tourist place. I ordered dinner at 8:30 PM and was served at 10 PM and that too when all of us had slept because of the tiring journey. Next morning I ordered for tea and milk for kids and was served after an hour. Moreover then don't even come to collect the soiled plates after serving the dinner. I was totally frustrated with their services. Also the money they charged me isn't worth the service provided to me. I would not recommend this hotel because Ooty is a tourist spot I went there to have a vacation without any tension. However, their non-existing room service made me think twice whether to have food at hotel or outside.

Need to clean the hotel rooms

It is a sub-standard hotel, room service is hopeless. Stayed for 3 nights but the room were never cleaned. Hot water is only provided for 2 hours per day from 7 to 9 am only. Hotel restaurant is ordinary with lots of flies accompanying with the meal.

The hotel was good. Only problem was that the hot water was not available all the time. Only from 7-9am it was available.

Double room was very small, dirty, and very ill maintained. bed sheets were also not clean. Service was very poor. Toilet had broken. Location in the midst of old city crowded noisy area. Tariff was also very high compared to standard of hotel in Ooty. Much better hotels were available and too at a lesser price.We shifted to Hotel Lake view at almost the same price and got a cottage (2 room set) with restraunt and prompt service and cool silent surrounding.
