Hotel Mandakini Plaza Reviews, Kanpur

When I reached hotel, they informed me that my booking is not confirmed and there is no rooms available. They asked me to go to another hotel from same group, which was not having basic facilities like lift, internet etc. This has been bad experience for me.

It is well managed with smart front office people. The food is excellent but the tariff is a trifle high even for vegetarian menu. And if this is taken care of and a restaurant added,it will become one of the best business hotels. Or I would suggest to give some free food vouchers to take care of the high cost of meal and raise hotel tariff suitably. Credit card payment should be accepted.

Food quality needs to improve.
