The facilities are not good, no cleaning, Europian type closet is not fitted in the rooms

Hotel was located in a posh area and is nearest to most tourist and bussiness places. You get taxi very easily outside the hotel and most taxi drivers are familiar with the name of hotel. Restuarant is good and rates are reasonable and provide you room delivery at no extra cost. b\But for housekeeping you will have to remind the staff.

Service is OK, but rooms not at all hygienic with full of cockroaches and insects roaming all over the room and hotel. Bad smell in each and every corner of the hotel. Toilets in bad condition, Indian style broken closets. Pathetic condition overall. Only good things in the hotel was the food, restaurant and service.

The hotel itself was well furnished and organized, but the staff...in general was not very eager to help....perhaps a little more active involvement is recommended on their part..
