I was extremely disappointed during my recent stay at the hotel. I'd made the booking for one night with the hotel for 3 persons. To check whether my booking is confirmed, I called the hotel a day prior to our travel i.e. on the 19th of Aug 2011. I was also confirmed that there was a complementary breakfast included with the room booking. But to our dismay when we checked out on 21st, we found that this wasn't the case and that we were charged for the breakfast we'd taken! On top of that, the hotel staff didn't even know that the booking didn't have the complementary breakfast with it. It was plain and simple ridiculous. It is not a question of money here but that of Hotel Ethics! I'm not sure about other people but for me, it was a pathetic experience. Will never recommend nor stay in this hotel again.
