As a whole we were very satisfied for the accommodation. I guess it is possible also to order transportation into the hotel from the airport if we want?

Poor room service and shocked to know that there is no outgoing phone facility in the hotel.

Our room was not ready and it took 30 minutes for the management to prepare the room after checking in.

I didn't use the service due to very bad attitude of the receptionist.

There is a noticeable improvement in the service, may be because I am a regular visiting guest at Lohmod. I like the friendliness of the staff. Bed linen must be changed, at least when a new guest occupies the room.

Taking same charges either in summer or winter. Rate should be different.

For any service they see the customer and change the rates. Even for taxi service. Food variety is less.

Whilst the location to T3 is handy I would say that for Rs4,000 the 'executive suite' was in very ordinary condition. Air-conditioner is an old unit in a window. Furniture was stained and the bathroom below expected standard. For example. The bath still had its shipping tape around the edge which had been left on for too long after the installation and was in tattered condition. The 'clothes rack' on the bathroom door was 2 nails. The tiles were dirty from about 5 feet up the wall as if a short person had cleaned the room and could not reach any further. The booking was for 2 pax and I had to call to have towels sent because there was only 1 in the bathroom. A small issue but hardly excellence in customer service and something I should not have had to do. The room service was quick and the meals tasty. The bed linen was clean and freshly ironed. The 1st time I stayed at this hotel I had booked an Executive Room and was not told at reception they had none left and was taken to a Standard Room.

Lift was not working properly and long corridor to room. Lift not working at morning and not at all suitable for Senior Citizens.

Reception counter management is highly disorganised.
