It was great 3 days stay in the hotel. To be divided into points: Check-In Check out: Very smooth processing, We reached hotel 2 hours before time, we were let in. Check out was smoother. Room Services: Very prompt, asked for water, tea, snacks, and we were provided all these within 10 minutes. Travel Desk: We asked for cab for coonoor sight seeing at 12:30 PM, we got call on intercom phone at 12:25, that the cab is waiting. They provided auto booking service also for local traveling, this was prompt too. Restaurant: Good service, with good food, One dinner was delayed, but that was because of a group who were creating problem for the staff. Staff: Well mannered. Always smiling, very cooperative. Provided us with food even beyond their work hours. Location: Very nice location, away from city for cool living. Rooms: Clean well maintained, With a big lawn. Basic services: 24 hour hot water. Power cut for only 1 hour. Overall: Highly recommended. Worth for the money spent.

The hotel is spread across 8 acres.Atmosphere and the location of the cottage is too good.Food is tempting .

"Classy Hotel", Individual cottages one of its kind, amazing feeling when you enter the hotel, good food in the restaurant, fast room service. Surprisingly, a pub is missing in this hotel.

Far away from Ooty city which hike our transportation cost, Food is costly and no more choice for vegies. Room is bigger but not worth of same. Room door is made from glass and transparent which I dont like as a safety purpose. In room they serve hot water for bath from gEyser it will take 45minutes to serve hot water. Hotel area was good but far away from city.

The hotel is located at a very good location not very far from the city. The views are excellent. The food was really nice. The staff is also helpful. All the sightseeing can be arranged from the hotel so no need to pre-book any tours.

It is far away from city, quiet difficult if you don't have your own vehicle.

The place is strictly OK. Extremely bad layout of the cottages with zero privacy. Most of the parking is along the cottages - though this is meant for convenience when one drives into the resort, it most of the time means other 'help' is hanging around your rooms. Also the insulation for the rooms is minimal, making them extremely uncomfortable in winters. The food and service is good though. The staff is courteous and helpful. The cottage layout themselves are flawed making all the amenities inside the room unusable - there is a tv but is awkwardly positioned, a fire place in the living area with no seating around it etc.....the only reason one would still recommend it is because it is a clean place and there may be very few equivalents in ooty in the same price range. CLEAN - yes, COMFORTABLE - no.

I will recommend never to stay in this hotel. Property is good but maintenance is poor even for the most expensive room. I opted for Valley view room. Its more like a lodge as hotel staff doesn't take care of you. Here is the experience which I would like to share with you all. We had hired our own vehicle till Ooty. On the day, we went to sightseeing , our car's brake failed. Thanks to god, that driver managed to stop the vehicel at time. We were stuck at a road where there was no means of transportatation and I forgot to mention that I was traveling with my 8 mths old son. We called the hotel for help. You will be shocked to know that they told me that we cant help you, walk 2 kms and u will find an auto. This is the attitude they show. We manged to reach the hotel somehow ( thanks to gas cylinder lorry). I didnt spare the hotel staff and made sure that everyone at reception hears that this HOTEL SUCKS!! I had opted this hotel after reading various reviews.
