The hotel was pretty good. Infect, this is my second visit to this hotel and it was pretty good earlier.

The best budget propety if you want to stay near the happening beach.The hotel is very close to calangute beach and staff is helpful and supportive. Food is ok but seemed expensive.

The hotel looks good from outside, but as soon as you reach the reception the condition becomes clear. It is a very small hotel with 19rooms. There are much lesser staff to cater to all these rooms (1manager, 2bellboys cum room service and 1 waiter in restaurant). Condition of the room given to us initially was pathetic, it was very small, very low light in bathroom, NO HOT WATER, NO INTERCOM in room, etc. The manager told hotel is fully booked that day so he cannot give us another room so we spent 1 day in that room. Next day after requesting a lot, he finally gave us another room which had HOT WATER (it seems it was a privilege at the hotel to have hot water in your room). However this room had horrible stench in the bathroom, but we had no other option but to stay in that room. Hotel services are very slow (we had to wait 2 hours to get a pair of towels on the 2nd day!!), hotel is unhygenic, staff is not warm & welcoming, rooms are small n stinky. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The access to this hotel is very poor with no inhouse parking facility. Morning breakfast is pathetic. It is just an apartment turned hotel with improperly done interiors.

The conditions I found was not good. Initially they assigned us Room 108, but it did not had Warm water, soap, drinking water, unclean bed sheet, non working three pin socket(for charging mobile). Later they shifted us to another Room 101. That too did not had the working warm water, although I could charge my cell, but AC was not working initially. Later next morning we did not had the running water at all :( On repeated request, they supplied us water in bucket. They started blaming rain god and electricity board for their water problem. Don't know but they should have some alternative mechanism to avoid customer dissatisfaction. After all they are in Service industry. We had breakfast in our plan. In the morning they served 2 pair of bread and small butter with a cup of tea for two people. I would not had opted for the breakfast if this is what they had to offer. And that may be the reason, we didnot find anyone at meals time(cost too high), all were taking them outside.

The hotel was awesome. It's actually worth more than the money spent. It is located 1.2 kms. away from Calangute beach. The rooms were really clean and service was awesome. The staff is really friendly and cooperative. The manager of the hotel Mr. D'Souza (Please forgive me if the spelling is wrong.) was very helpful. He helped us in planning our trip in Goa. He arranged for South Goa and North Goa trip for us. It was seriously very sweet of him. I would recommend this hotel to all. I think this is the best budget hotels in Goa which is maintaining much high standards than it is supposed to be.

Lovely hotel, Lovely Staff...Seriously Impressed, the moment i got to the reception i was welcomed by my name and i was so happy when they did that. The food was excellent and the services were amazing. Will surely recommend.
