Room okay. Breakfast was not so special.Coffee served in papercups.

It is a waste of time to comment on this hotel. You should avoid this place definitely.

Rooms are clean. Bathroom is small and shower area has no seperate encloser. Rooom service is OK. Resturant food is good and value for money. But complementary breakfast was not that good.

We were received very well. Had checked in within minutes. So was the checkout process. They could familiarize guest quickly with working of AC, TV etc. (or leave some notes) and give a bottled water, if not fill the water jug. Needs some indications on fire exit? See through Lift doors are a welcome change. The support staffs are mostly housekeeping folks who take time to understand what is asked. The effort of the hotel to take care of guests is very good. Friendly security, reception and staff. Overall, a good experience. Good property, central place, off the main road, and therefore pretty calm and safe.

Service not upto the mark. Manager tried to force some dinner package down our gullet.

The hotel has a very poor room service. The housekeeping people are hardly there, the replacement of complimentary tea is pathetic and as good as a favor. The complimentary breakfast has "no choice" choice proposition.

Decent hotel compared to other hotels in Mysore. Good, if they can maintain proper lighting in the hotel. It looked pretty dull inside.The atmosphere inside the hotel is good. The staff is responsive too.
