Hotel Kumar's International Reviews, Mangalore

I would recommend the hotel for the travelers who are looking for value for money accommodation. The hotel was at the heart of the city and a well maintained and services were awesome. The reception staff was very helpful and cheerful.

Needs better service. Should provide toiletries like tooth paste ,shampoo. Break fast was not good.

Hotel is good particularly about the services related to check-in and check-out.

We stayed at Kumars' in our last Diwali vacation on way back from Bangalore. The hotel location is very convenient, very close to the city but away from the busy hussle. The manager was very courteous and offered good service. On check-out we forgot an electronic equipment in the room. The management of the hotel called us to make us aware. But by that time we had already left the town. The hotel people at the reception were willing to send me my forgotten item to my address in Mumbai. I got my equipment intact.

This hotel is centrally located and worth for its tariff. Size of the room is small but neat and clean. Complementary breakfast is very simple like Idly vada but its very tasty. Totally its worth staying for 1 or 2 days with family.

Room full of cob-webs, smell of excess moisture, restaurant did not serve the menu items. Boy at reception was wearing vest n no shirt and one good thing was tea n coffee were made available quickly.

It was not worth the money we paid. The hotel is not clean and the best suite is very substandard. There were bugs in the room and even the soap case had bugs in them. I would not recommend this hotel.

I think, there may be lot of other good hotels for the same amount. maintanence is not good.
