Hotel Kohinoor Elite Reviews, Mumbai

For a 3 star hotel the service was great. Staff was all friendly and helpful, the room condition was excellent. My family most enjoyed the buffet meals as there were so many choices of food made to perfection. Honestly in my opinion this should be a 4/5 stat hotel, been recommended to people already and will be staying again. Thanks for the great service.

Kohinoor Elite was an excellent choice for our family of 4. We first took a room just for one night, but ended up staying for a whole week while waiting to receive our adopted child's passport. All the amenities were in excellent condition, and the quiet street outside ensured a good night's sleep. The food was marvelous day after day (both Indian and Western choices available), and on our older child's birthday the cook even prepared a very special meal and a cake for us! The personnel overall were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though basically a business hotel, I can warmly recommend Kohinoor Elite as a family base if your interests are in the surrounding area. Phoenix Market City Mall nearby is very good for shopping.

O.K. If you have work at BKC then only you choose.

Disappointed that there was no bar area to sit and have a drink. Also only Indian food no other snacks.
