Food service should be better .

Location is excellent. RK Beach and railway station are 40 Rs away by autorickshaw. Cleanliness is of high standards. Staffs are very cordial and their willingness to serve at best is remarkable. Authentic bengali restaurant Nimantran is 5 minutes walkable distance and lot of other restaurants are available around. Travel services for local sightseen are available in the area.

Located in a commercial locality and is accessible to creature comforts. hotel has smaller rooms but ok for 2 people. room services are good. room neatly maintained. 24 hr hot water facility as promised and no power interruption. felt that i have spent rs300-400 more when i went into the sourrounding hotels.

The paint on the room is not proper at many places. Bathroom is really sad and small. The lift makes a very annoying noise. Food is not great either nor is the restaurant.

The hotel looks good when you watch it from outside. But when you enter inside you find that there are some staff members at the reception who do not know about online booking and try to make your life hell by arguing with you. The room service is aweful and you will never get your food delivered within 30 minutes. The breakfast is served on their 4th floor and it is complementary but has only two items everyday. They won't deliver it to your room even if you want to pay for it.

Everything is pathetic from the reception staff to the room condition . I will not stay at this hotel even it is offered to me free of cost.
