Except the carpet of the room all other things like services, cleaning, beds, bathroom, toilets, geyser, etc are very good.

Good place to stay. Services are good, room condition is good. Food was very nice at very genuine prices. Staff is little tricky and moody. The main problem one faces is parking of car as parking space is very small. You may have to wait for some time to get your car out of the parking lot because of other cars parked around your car.

In short, the hotel is good. It is located off-Gandhi Chowk. The restaurant is not recommended and it is better to hop across to Hotel President next to it for food. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Everything for hotel is good except its location and small parking space. Food quality is good. Service is good but a bit slow. Staff is helpful but moody. Good hotel to stay at budget price with fair services.

The hotel is in the good location, the rooms need to be more impresive, the toilets were ok with geyser in winter. It was good time to stay and it is value for the money.

Rooms are not so good, there is no tandoor in the hotel.Foods are very much limited along with their menu card.

The hotel is not up to the mark as it has very ordinary facilities. We have to say again and again for required things like pillow/ sheets for extra bed, cleaning of rooms etc.

The hotel is very far away from the actual market place (where real Dalhousie) is and also there was no room service as there was some problem with their cooking gas. So we had to go out every time we had a meal and that was very very pathetic.

Good as a budget hotel. Room service is pathetic but people are good. Hotel rooms lack cleaniness.

Housekeeping is worst and the people attending the restaurant services are arrogant and no value towards customers. They do not listen to our request and keep questioning the customers. Washroom are very poorly maintained and no proper maintenance.
