I booked for 2 bed room with 1 extra room and when i reached hotel they offered me complementry 3 bed room. Room was very spacious. Service was good. Worth money.

The infrastructure of the Hotel i.e. in each room the Carpets and Painting seriously needs a rework

Everything about the hotel was good except the food which was not value for money. just that the food was served hot and it being chilling outside served the purpose of us having the food there.

The hotel is good for staying purpose but never order anything for eating as food is pathetic. It is not at all eatable. One more thing is that it does not have AC/room heater. If you want room heater then you have to pay extra.

Nice hotel and friendly management. It was good to visit the place and is easily accessible to main attractions/market place. I was upgraded from Deluxe to Supreme as a complimentary service. There is still a scope of improvement in Housekeeping maintenance and include more food variety. Whenever I visit Ooty will stay in this hotel.

The hotel has nothing much to boast in terms of cleanliness, infrastructure, upkeep and maintenance. I mean barring the hotel reception nothing seemed clean.The room and bathroom did not even have basic ammenities like toilet paper and soap. One was supposed to order them by calling the room service.Did not try the hotel food as ate mostly out, but did grab a quick breakfast on the morning of check out. It was reasonable nice maybe owing to the fact that it was pretty cold outiside so any hot beverages seem pleasant.But one thing must be said that the hotel staff and manager were extremely courteous and helpful. Tried their best to make the guests happy.Overall for this price I would say please try out other options.

Idealy situated to all the places of interest. Rooms are neat, room service good and courteous. Food not upto the standard as compared to the other facilities offered. Though check out time is mentioned as 12 noon the reception's urgency to ask us to vacate by 10AM is a bit hard. Overall it is a good plase to stay and if the quality of the restaurant is improved, then it is a very good place to enjoy during the stay and can be recommened to all without any hesitation.
