Hotel kempton is totally a plearure to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, staff is friendly and the food is great. Highly recommended.

Well maintained rooms. Very helpful and considerate hotel staff. The ambience of the hotel was really amazing. The room and its cleanliness and facilities are definetely worth a mention. The location of the hotel is very central like. We could easily access the metro, new market and various other points of access very easily, which is what I was looking for. I would really recommend this hotel out of sheer personal experience.

The hotel has good infrastructure with poor management. I do not recommend this hotel for stay of more than a single night.

1)When I reached hotel reception, I was told "No Room" 2)Finally they alloted one & taken me to the room. When the room opened by the steward to my horror we found it is already occupied . Luckily occcupant was either in bath room or gone out & fortunately no awkward situation 3)This hotel has a not so common arrangement for hot water by providing a card & seems limited hot water provision. Any way I had a bath with hot water in the begining ending with chilled tap water.

The facilities shown on internet include BATH TUB in the room I selected but there was no tub in the bath room. The hotel is providing a card to be inserted to get hot water from geyser on request. They should give this card along with the key card at the time guest check in. overall hotel and rooms are very neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative, good location. Breakfast is not so good. Food quality is good. Taste was OK, as it surely differs as per geographical area.
